How do I get rid of sleepiness during office hours?

From my personal experience let me tell you, don't try to ignore it just accept it means take 15-20 minutes power nap and you will surely feel fresh and also try to eat fruits in day time.
Try something more like
1. 10-15 minutes yoga in morning.
2. 5-10 minutes meditation.
3. Eat healthy Fruits.
Don't skip the sleep at night and try to take 6-8 hours sleep.
Eat food on time and don't eat unhealthy food.
Try to eat home cooked food.
OR
If you are not so health conscious then you can have Tea or Coffee.
